At Fantôme, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original luxury packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Fantôme

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
